Standard For Excellence
The United Association, Int'l has released its Standard for Excellence, a set of
comprehensive prescriptions for UA member, local union, and
project management performance aimed at top-flight
performance and customer satisfaction.
The MCAA is engaged in discussions with the UA on initial
steps for implementation of the policy, including adopting
the measures in UA local governance and local area
collective bargaining agreements.
More detailed discussion on the standard will follow after
the initial publication and the publicity period is
implemented. Most importantly UA Local 7 will adhere
to these guidelines.
